Start small. Then, slowly grow.

In the early years, Amazon was was only selling books online.

Then, over time, it expanded into selling in other categories.

Say you’re trying to get in better shape.

Start with a little.

Start with a .5 mile walk for a week.

Then maybe make it a .75 mile walk the next week.

Then maybe make it a 1 mile walk the next week.

Then the next week jog .5 miles, walk .5 miles.

And so forth. And in a pretty short amount of time, you’ll be jogging a mile.
