In today’s vlog, I talk about the importance of feeling your pain.
Whether it’s a family/friend loss, a trauma that’s been done to you, a tough family situation like a divorce, a personal relationship situation like a breakup, a failure, I think it’s important to allow and give yourself time to feel your pain/sadness before you try to move forward.
So often, the advice we get is try to move forward without really acknowledging our sadness or pain.
