Be your own biggest supporter.

So often, we are the hardest and most critical of ourselves. Stop that.

Stop looking at all the negative or what you don’t have and look at what you do have/look at the positive and be proud of the effort you’re making to improve on things you want to improve on.

Be kind to yourself. Be your own friend to yourself.
