Currently, Ani runs Kolkata Chai Co, Green Room Creative, Sanyal Capital Group and he manages artist Anik Khan.
His 5 pieces of advice:
- Planning out your time down to the minute
- Realize that time will ebb and flow between the businesses.
- Build a great team — hiring and delegating people to do jobs that don’t require your expertise
- Not getting distracted
- It’s not easy — sometimes he has to use Friday nights to work and not go out
