It’s important to reflect on what you’re complaining about

This is not to say your annoyances don’t matter or to not acknowledge them, but it’s important to have perspective on them.
The other day, a friend of mine’s delivery order got messed up. He became pretty upset and called the restaurant to complain.
I totally understood why he was upset but I was surprised by the magnitude of his reaction.
I think it’s important for people in situations like these to think about, how terrible is the problem you have?
This time, I’m taking to call a restaurant and yell at their staff, is that the best use of my time?
In the grand scheme of things, when thinking about all that’s going on in the world with regards to people living in poverty, hunger, people losing a loved one, having a food delivery order being messed up is as blessed a “problem” you can have.
Please take the real magnitude of your problem into consideration of your problem when reacting to it.
