If you stay passive, you will lose opportunities.

If you never ask someone out, you may never go on a date.

If you never try out for a team, you probably won’t end up making any teams.

People talk about how nervous it is to put yourself out there. I get it.

But there’s also an opportunity cost of not putting yourself out there.

Decide what you want to do, but don’t look back 10 years from now, and wish you were more active.
