Getting help is the smart thing to do

​​Getting help is smart.

it’s not weakness.

Your job as an individual is to try and be your best self.

If you feel like counseling, mental health services, therapy, books, talking to friends honestly or some other measures will help in you becoming your best self, than do it.

That’s the smart thing to do.

To create an environment such that you become your highest and best self is always the right thing to do.
