Pretending like you’re not hurt, you’re not sad, you’re not anxious
Doesn’t make the feeling go away
That just hides it for a time period.
Acknowledge your feelings
Feel what you’re feeling
Your emotions, your state of mind tell you something
They tell you about how you’re feeling in that moment or about something in the past/future.
Acknowledge them.
Try to understand why you’re feeling them
And then move forward and do your best.

You’ll always have feelings.
