What you consume and the people you chose to surround yourself with can have a big impact on you.

For example:

If you feed yourself with negativity and you surround yourself with complainers, you will tend to be more negative and complain more.

If you feed yourself with positivity and you surround yourself with people who are grateful, you will tend to be more positive and more grateful.
